That’s why every part that comes out of our state-of-the-art facility is custom packaged. Too often we’ve heard about customers ordering parts from other companies, only to receive them warped and damaged.

Boxing Fees

Orders Outside the 48 States

Must be paid in full in U.S. funds. Freight charges are collect due to varying sizes and weights required by the freight carriers.

Refused, Returned or Errors in Shipments

If any shipment is refused there will be a 15% handling charge in addition to the freight charges both ways added to your account. No further shipments will be released until account is paid in full.

Any returns must be shipped freight prepaid with a copy of the invoice and a letter of reason for return within 30 Days of Invoice Date. All boxes must display a return goods authorization number. Upon inspection by Stinger Fiberglass Designs, Inc. the appropriate credit, exchange or refund will be issued to your account. Any return merchandise through no fault of Stinger Fiberglass Designs, Inc. will be charged a 10% restock fee. No Returns after 30 Days, Exchange Only.

Any claims for errors in shipping due to shipper error must be filed with Stinger Fiberglass Designs, Inc. within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Damaged Shipments

All claims for damaged or missing merchandise must first be filed with the carrier. Stinger Fiberglass Designs, Inc. cannot make the claim for you. We will replace the merchandise as soon as the carrier settles the claim.

Product Guarantee

We offer you a 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply notify us within 15 days of invoice date for an exchange or a full refund for the purchase price of the product. A copy of the invoice must accompany returns. Box fees and Freight charges are not refundable.

Stinger Fiberglass Designs, Inc. reserves the right, at our discretion, to make any changes deemed necessary to products, literature or pricing without incurring any liability or obligation to our customers.

Limited Warranty

All products carry a warranty against any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Warranty is limited to the replacement of parts found to be defective by Stinger Fiberglass Designs, Inc. Authorization of Repair or Replacement shall be made at the discretion of Stinger Fiberglass Designs, Inc.

This warranty excludes any and all labor, paint, installation and any other charges. All products must be pre-fitted before painting. Absolutely no painted parts will be accepted for return based on a "does not fit" claim. This warranty also excludes any defects caused by abuse, neglect, damage in transit, off highway use, accident, altered parts, or parts that have been installed incorrectly. Alteration voids all warranty.

Your use of this site is your agreement to all terms, conditions, laws and notices contained within this site. Use this site at your own risk. We do not guarantee this site to work error free. We do not guarantee that this site and it's servers are free of viruses or other harmful materials. We are not responsible if your use of this sites causes servicing needs, equipment replacement or loss of information. This site to be used on a "as is basis".

VENUE AND GOVERNING LAWS
Venue for all disputes arising under this agreement shall be dealt with exclusively in the Courts of the State of Florida, Brevard County, or the Federal Courts of the State of Florida (as permitted by law). All parties agree not to contest the jurisdiction of these courts.
